Spirit of Knowledge
The LORD GOD gives the Spirit of Knowledge to accomplish His Works.
And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. (Genesis 2:8-9 )

To have knowledge means to have the ability to distinguish good from evil. This is why I painted the girl reading the scroll – Knowledge of God. That knowledge is rooted in the Lord and will give us the power to choose wisely between good and evil (The tree of Knowledge) Wise decisions will also lead to life and not death.
The Spirit of Knowledge and the Spirit of Wisdom are associated closely together, and where one is present, the other is likely to be. The Spirit of Knowledge gives information. The Spirit of Wisdom uses information that has been taken in through the Spirit of Knowledge.
Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. (Proverbs 9:9-10)

Knowledge is gained through instruction. If knowledge is given to a wise man, he will become wiser. If knowledge is given to a just man, he will increase in learning. The Spirit of Knowledge contributes to a person’s wisdom.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (2 Peter 1:2-4 ) When a Christian is given knowledge of the LORD GOD and the Lord Jesus Christ, they are partaking of the divine nature of Them. The Girl is clothed in white – her sins are forgiven through the blood of Christ’s sacrifice and she will dwell in the heavenly garden forever.
